The 29 year-old model said to work out four times a week for about 90 minutes. After 15 minutes of cardio, the supermodel spends another 5 jumping rope, then moved to three sessions of abs. Her personal trainer suggested her to add weights to her workout routine to define her muscles and keep her metabolism high.

 In addition to the training, Miranda, mother of one, also does yoga, and follows a healthy diet “I make sure I do half an hour of yoga in the morning so that then I’m feeling good. I have been working out quite a bit doing Pilates and yoga and strength training with weights and resistant bands and I eat super healthy. Health is really wealth I think
